Flower arrangements may be ordered as shown or upgraded to Deluxe or Premium (if the option exists). Upgrade to Deluxe, and you'll receive more flowers in the same style and colour of the original arrangement. Upgrade to Premium, and you'll get even more flowers plus varieties of higher quality.
Potted plants and gardens may be ordered as shown or upgraded (if the option exists). Upgrades feature larger or more plants and/or a more decorative container.
Gourmet, Fruit and Candy Baskets/Trays may be ordered as shown or upgraded (if the option exists). Upgrades feature a larger basket, container or tray packed with more goodies that are in the same style and theme of the original item.
For orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00pm, we offer same day delivery in the Greater Toronto Area and through other cooperating florists in the majority of Canada and the US in the recipient's time zone. On Saturday and Sunday, same day delivery is offered on orders placed before 1:00pm in the recipient's time zone.Peak holiday periods may have a different cut off time.

To arrange and deliver your order at the time/day requested, the arrangement you ordered may require substitutions. We know that what you see is what you'd like to have delivered, so any substitutions made are equal or more in value and will be as similar to the requested arrangement as possible.
Substitutions will be made, if necessary, for assorted flower arrangements and potted plants to provide the same colours as shown. This means that the type of flower or plant may change to something equal or greater in value. We will strive to maintain consistency in flower arrangements and potted plants of a single type, however the colour may be changed. Containers may also be substituted.
Substitutions may also be made in the contents or containers of gourmet baskets, fruit trays, and other specialty gifts. Again, any replacements will be of equal or greater value and be similar.
